We met again a couple of weeks later to listen to some rhythm guitar tracks that Matt had recorded for the EP. They sounded great! We also met to discuss different music options for the EP. I was very happy because Matt seems to really understand the direction I hope to go in with my music. That is a great feeling!&nbsp;Matt and I are going to be meeting with two great musicians who will be recording drums and bass sometime this week or early next week! They are Matt's good friends who work at his studio as well. I am excited to meet with them and I am looking forward to hearing them track drums and bass! I am always writing and working on new music, and I have been wanting to record an EP for a while now. Although I did have to push it off for a few months, for many reasons, I am very excited that I will now be able to record! I have decided which producer I will be working with and have officially booked dates at his studio. This producer is a very sweet and talented person who has worked with many great artists, and I can't wait to start working with him! Right now I am preparing for this EP in many ways. There will be three songs on this EP and I am currently deciding which songs to record. I am almost 100% sure of what two of the songs will be, but I am still playing around with that third one. I have been practicing a bunch of songs, and hope to pick the third one soon. There are so many songs that I would love to share with you and trying to choose just three right now is hard. I feel that the songs chosen for an album are not just a random selection of songs that an artist/a band records, rather they often tell a story of the artist/band, and finding the correct songs to tell that story is important not only for the artist/band, but for the listener as well. I have also been going over different ideas for a title. I am working on the album cover and an insert booklet, and I am very happy with how they are coming along so far!
